This Code of Conduct is based on the corporate values of KIRCHHOFF Ecotec SE, which form the foundation of our culture. These values guide our daily conduct.<\/span><\/p>\n

This Code of Conduct is a more specific addition to this.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Code of Conduct does not claim to be exhaustive. This means that there will always be a number of situations in which the guidelines are not sufficient and in which employees must rely on values and common sense or seek advice.<\/span><\/p>\n

This Code of Conduct applies to KIRCHHOFF Ecotec SE and the companies of the KIRCHHOFF FAUN Group and the ZOELLER Group, and serves as an overarching framework for all other KIRCHHOFF Ecotec policies. KIRCHHOFF Ecotec expects all employees at all levels, as well as anyone acting on behalf of KIRCHHOFF Ecotec, FAUN, or ZOELLER\u2014such as sales representatives, consultants, and other business partners\u2014to comply with this Code of Conduct.<\/span><\/p>\n

If local laws or internal regulations impose more stringent requirements on KIRCHHOFF Ecotec SE than those set forth in the Code of Conduct, those laws and regulations take precedence and must be followed. It is the employee\u2019s responsibility to be familiar with and understand this Code of Conduct, as well as the laws that apply to the performance of their duties, and to comply with these laws in both letter and spirit.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

All managers at KIRCHHOFF Ecotec act as role models in complying with the Code of Conduct. Managers are obliged to inform their subordinates about the Code of Conduct and to encourage and monitor their compliance with the Code of Conduct.<\/span><\/p>\n

If you have any questions or require advice regarding the content, interpretation or application of this Code of Conduct, please contact your line manager.<\/span><\/p>\n

Non-compliance with this Code of Conduct will not be tolerated and may result in disciplinary action by the employer.<\/span><\/p>\n

All employees are requested to take immediate action if they are confronted with a violation of this Code of Conduct.
